Penn State Great Valley offers a limited number of merit and need-based scholarships, which can help with overall costs but are not large enough to cover tuition and fee charges. All students are automatically considered for merit scholarships. Applications are required for need-based scholarships.
Applications for a need-based campus scholarship are accepted each year between April and mid-September. Each applicant must also submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on line at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Scholarships are awarded after the start of the fall semester for the academic year. Scholarship recipients must be formally admitted to a Penn State Great Valley master's degree program, designated as a Penn State Great Valley residential student, enrolled in 6 credits per semester for the academic year, and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
