Graduate Certificate in Differentiated Instruction in General Education Classrooms (15 credits)
In the ever-changing K-12 education environment, teachers often discover that they need additional preparation to work with diverse populations of children with different learning needs. This four-course certificate program can provide teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to help all students learn effectively.
Admissions Requirements
- For admission to the Graduate School, applicants must hold either a bachelor's degree from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or a postsecondary degree that is equivalent to a U.S. baccalaureate degree earned from an officially recognized degree-granting international institution;
- There are no prerequisites for this certificate;
- All courses apply to the Combined M.Ed. in Special Education with Instructional I Certification. Please see an adviser about applying courses to other programs;
- Students may take one course or all course offerings depending on your area of interest;
- Students may request a Graduate Certificate upon completion of the required course work with a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
