Nothing is better than cooking with fresh herbs but too often we waste what we buy from the supermarket. Master Gardener Holly Thorpe will discuss the history of some of your favorite herbs, and how to grow and preserve your own herbs at home. She will help you think outside the box when using your garden fresh herbs both in the kitchen and the home.
