Admission:
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or a postsecondary degree that is equivalent to a U.S. baccalaureate degree earned from an officially recognized degree-granting international institution.

- Non-refundable application fee of $65, payable by credit card online or by check or money order payable to The Pennsylvania State University (more information)

Students enrolled in a Graduate certificate in Finance complete 12 credits. Courses are each 3 credits and may be applied to the Master of Finance or MBA if admitted as a degree-seeking student. Courses are offered in convenient, seven-week sessions and with hybrid-delivery options.
