Starting Spring 2013, a $50 late fee and a grade hold will be imposed on any account that is past due (due date is approximately three weeks after scheduling course) and will be applied every month that account is in arrears.

Students with full employer reimbursement benefits who wish to minimize out-of-pocket costs may want to consider a federal student loan for one semester.  Employer reimbursements disbursed at the end of a semester may then be used to pay directly for each subsequent semester of study, until the end of your academic program, when the final employer reimbursement payment can be applied to the loan debt.  For more information on applying for a federal student loan, please see, or contact the Great Valley Office of Student Aid at
