Influencing and Negotiating Skills Workshop

ScrumMaster® Certification Program (CSM®) – begins January 20
This two-day, hands-on program is appropriate for software team members, including project managers, team leaders, development managers, product managers, architects, developers and testers, as well as CIOs and CTOs. Includes multiple simulations, exercises, and role plays. Participants can receive their ScrumMaster Certification (CSM). PMPs earn 14-PDUs. DETAILS>

Project Risk Certificate Program - begins January 31
A structured sequence of three courses which prepares students to manage risk throughout project management by assessing and identifying risks, mitigating threats, and capitalizing on opportunities, while maintaining sound project management policies and practices. Business Continuity Planning Program - begins February 8
This program is designed for professionals who are new to business continuity or current planners who are looking for a solid “how-to” guide for building a business continuity plan within an organization. The fifteen-week course is designed to introduce the necessary aspects of a holistic business continuity management plan for determining the most appropriate requirements for an organization.
