Reporting non-credit course work:   Act 48 reporting procedures for non-credit course work have changed. All Act 48 reporting for non-credit course work will now be initiated and submitted by the Continuing Professional Education department.  You must have your PDE Professional ID number available when you attend the non-credit, Act 48 eligible class. Sign in is also now required for all Act 48 workshops.  This is Penn State University's OFFICIAL documentation of your attendance.

Advanced Placement Summer Institute

Offered through the Continuing Professional Education Department each summer, the Advanced Placement Summer Institute is designed for teachers and administrators seeking professional growth or Act 48 credit.  This institute gives teachers of AP classes hands-on techniques in all aspects of AP instruction. Both credit and noncredit options are available.
