Leadership Development Certificate Program

Leadership effectiveness is an important factor today when organizations must simultaneously cut budgets while retaining and nurturing talent. Every organization needs skilled leaders to allocate limited resources and to create a work environment that encourages employees’ development, involvement, commitment, and retention. To meet the growing need for competent leaders, Penn State Great Valley has developed a new and unique Leadership Development Certificate Program scheduled to begin spring 2013.

Certificate Requirement - Four courses

Continuing Education Units
Continuing Education Units (CEUs), based on a standard of one unit per 10 hours of classroom contact, are awarded.
