 Wednesday, July 14 - Picnic in the Park: Eating Well

  • In collaboration with Liberty Property Trust, we presented Picnic in the Park: Eating Fresh 2010 on July 14. This year’s theme focused on eating fresh with delicious treats prepared by our preferred caterers as participants gathered information from local hotels and exhibitors. Along with delicious food, prizes, a book sale, and tips for eating fresh, Katie Cavuto Boyle, owner of Healthy Bites, registered dietitian, and personal chef presented a cooking demo and prepared a summer grain salad.

  • The books featured at the event will be on sale at the Penn State Great Valley Bookstore through July 30.
