2012 Project Management Workshop
Our one-day workshops are appropriate for business professionals at all levels who need to build relationships, lead projects, manage stakeholders, negotiate successfully, and work with others to achieve results while minimizing unwanted surprises. The workshops are taught by a certified PMP with extensive real-world project management experience, as well as academic training credentials.
Consider bringing a friend or coworker to help mentor them into the world of Project Management and to become a PMP – all while you earn your Professional Development Units (each 7 hour workshop = 7 PDUs).

Using Teams More Effectively
In these trying economic times, proper use of the project team is paramount in importance. Motivation techniques, empowerment, and team building are critically important to a project’s success. This workshop will provide information on all three of these followed by a practical exercise to hone one’s skills.
Earn 7 PDUs - Call 610-648-3274 to register.
