Join William A. Gentry, Ph.D., enterprise associate/research scientist at the Center for Creative Leadership (www.ccl.org/), John J. Sosik, Ph.D., professor of management and organization and MLD professor-in-charge, and MLD students and alumni to learn more about the enhancers and detractors of leadership development. The event will feature research and best practices for harnessing 360-degree feedback and training to develop self-awareness of leadership behaviors linked to the highest levels of individual, team, and organizational performance. Discussions will include how students and alumni of the MLD program have used these practices to promote positive change in their organizations and life.
