Corporate boards are afforded broad discretionary judgment in formulating company policy, business practices and operating procedures. Yet, business judgments can have profound global consequences. Board performance is measured in part by the duty of care standard. What are the essential elements of this duty of care? Learn the ways in which the directorial duty of care is interpreted in the context of a Global Compact.
